Our small cozy studio apartment with its own private roof terrace is located in the beautiful and charming old town of Mougins. The rare roof terrace offers you beautiful hours of tranquility with views of the surrounding mountains and the bay of Cannes, which is just 20 minutes away. The perfect venue to wind down an eventful day of vacation with a glass of wine once you return from your explorations.
Perfect for a vacation for couples or friends, this accommodation is completely furnished in a romantic style. Due to the well-equipped kitchen, you can also prepare your own meals, should you prefer not to dine in one of the excellent restaurants present within the vicinity.
However, the historic setting does not mean that you have to do without the technical achievements of the 20th century, because we offer a fast fiber-optic connection, so that you are never really far away from the latest buzz of the time. A safe for your valuables, a washing machine, an iron and a hair dryer are also available at the apartment.

Who feels like taking a vacation to the South of France?
The Côte d'Azur is known for its stunning coastline, beautiful beaches, clear blue waters and luxurious resorts. The region is also known for its mild Mediterranean climate, picturesque villages and vibrant culture, which has made it a popular destination for tourists, artists and celebrities worldwide.
The region is famous for its world-class shopping, restaurants and nightlife, and offers a variety of outdoor activities such as boating, hiking and water sports.
Overall, the Côte d'Azur is a great place to visit because of its combination of natural beauty, cultural richness, and upscale amenities.
Not far from the sunny beaches of Cannes, your family home with pool is also located in the beautiful village of Mougins. The villa is situated in a gated domaine, next to a golf course and is only a few minutes away from the prestigious Mougins School.
Our villa in the style of a provençal mas can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
In your vacation home, the lavatories are separate from the bathrooms. There is a master bedroom, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower and bathtub on the upper floor of the house. There is also a separate toilet on this level. On the lower level of the house there are three bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower. Also on this level we have a separate toilet as well.
All interior spaces of the house are fully air-conditioned. A high-speed fiber optic internet connection is also available and free of charge for short-term rental guests. There are four sun loungers and a large Gloster Eclipse sun bed at your disposal by the pool.
In the event that you play golf, you are in luck, as the prestigious 18-hole Cannes-Mougins Golf Country Club (6211m, Slope 145) is right at your doorstep. Our vacation home is only 5 minutes walk from this golf course.
The "Parc de la Valmasque" is located right at the exit of the Domaine de La Peyrière and offers several circular and hiking trails suitable for the whole family. You walk along a river through the forest and can often observe wildlife. The routes are accessible all year round.
The Etang de Fontmerle is also within walking distance from our villa, and especially worth the walk if you have a dog. This lake is home to the largest lotus flower colony in Europe and over 70 different species of birds. A picnic here is particularly delightful.
Our vacation house should be a second home for you. You should feel comfortable and be able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing and hope that you will find everything you need. With the reservation of the vacation house we assume that the house rules are accepted and respected.
